week 2 of build: 5

I wasn't in for long this day because I had to go home, but while I was uni I finished the frame of my chair. With Simon's help I cut the excess timber and sanded down the sides, once that was done I attached it to the seat but screwing the top into the top of the back of the chair. But it looked ugly with the screw showing so I asked Sarah to draw and cut out a thinner smaller version of the shape that could be pinned to the chair, once that was attached it look much better and if it wasn't for the fact that I was leaving early I would have painted it as well.

The rest of the group carried on with the furniture they had been making all week and Karen started building the window frames.
